The company's holdings have grown from the beginning and through the recession; today we have an inventory of hundreds of homes that have been leased, sold or available to potential customers. What's more we will continually acquire new property!

Owner financing facts
We continue to sell homes even during these difficult times because we provide easy owner financing. This is a huge advantage to you during these times of tight money. Let's face it, buyers are having a rough time. Banks are slow to loan money for a home purchase by people who have had their credit rating affected by economic conditions beyond their control, or to foreign with no credit in USA. It is nearly impossible to obtain a mortgage for a condominium and good housing purchases disappear in the face of FHA difficulties.

We have a number of Owner Financing Plans that are based on the amount of the down payment. We aren't a mortgage company; these plans are designed to get you into one of our homes until the mortgage market becomes stable and money is available to borrow. These loans are based on 30 years term and are reviewed every 5 years.

The important thing is there is no prepayment penalty; you choose the time when it is best to find alternative methods of financing.

Seller Financing Available
It has been difficult - and in many cases impossible - to finance the purchase of a condominium, commercial property or single family home. The mortgage market is facing a lot of challenges and banks have been reluctant to lend. We offer our Owner Financing Plans as an alternative in order to solve this problem for our clients. Ask your agent about the details of this opportunity.

In general we provide financing for people who have been unable to obtain a mortgage from a lending institution for one reason or another. Our programs are designed to facilitate a purchase until such time our buyer can find other financing alternatives. For this reason we have no prepayment penalty; our buyer can refinance at any time.
